Vendor Information

Welcome to the 2010 Columbia County Fair & Rodeo. Vendor applications and forms are available below.  See you at the Fair!

2009 was a great year and we are proud to say that we were able to reduce the amount of trash produced by increasing our recycling and adding composting and deposit return for vendors and guests. We will continue to expand on our programs again this year which will include bins for:  plastic/paper, glass, organic waste (food), and non-recyclables.

There will be a team of volunteers supervising the recycling stations to ensure that they are emptied and used appropriately.  We want to emphasize the importance of providing an example to your customers and the rest of the community by recycling and participating in the fair theme.

Our theme for this year’s fair is "Get Your Game on... Let's Play." Coming off the heals of the winter Olympics we will be having all kinds of games; board games, sport games, games of chance, computer games, you name it. We are excited to start planning for this annual event and we are hoping to draw in an even bigger crowd than last year. Last year we began putting a larger focus on green ideas and practices and we will continue to expand on that again this year.  We hope you choose to join us this year and be a part of the 2010 Columbia County Fair and Rodeo ... "Get Your Game on.... Let's Play."

We give the vendors who participated in our fair last year first right of refusal for category and location until February 16, 2010 and then open it up on a first come first serve basis.

Be sure to read the agreements and forms carefully, make copies, and then send the originals.  Upon receiving your aVendor Agreement, vendor fees and appropriate forms, we will contact you with a confirmation.
